LAMCO is a property management company. At this time, we manage North Main Place, The First Place and Northview Place Apartments in McPherson, and Country View Apartments in Moundridge.
Our office is located at 111 E. Marlin, McPherson, Kansas. If you happen to try to contact us when business takes us out of the office, please leave a message for us regarding why you called or came by. The phone number is (620) 241-2315. There is an answering machine available for your phone messages. Please leave a message on the machine. In case of emergency, call the police and/or fire department (McPherson is on the 911 system).
We are no longer income based housing as of 4/1/2013. We are still affordable quality housing approved by HUD. We accept HUD vouchers, and most forms of rental assistance.
We pay water, sewer, & trash. Tenant pays electricity, there is no gas. We provide a fridge and stove.
We do not have W/D hookups but there are coin operated facilities on site.
Security deposit is equal to 1 months rent. Payment plans are available for deposit.
We accept pets with a refundable deposit equal to 1/2 security deposit and $10/month fee.
